How to Register

Camper registration for St. Xenia Camp 2009 is OPEN!  Registration this year for ALL CAMPERS will be done ONLINE - yes, we ask you to register each child electronically over the Internet in order to be accepted as a camper.

The ONLINE Registration system is used for Hockey and Soccer leagues and we have adapted it for signing up campers for St. Xenia Camp!  How does it work?

1.  You will need an email address. (A free email account link is provided in the Registration system if you need one.  You can also use a friend's email address if desired. You will be contacted via email as your Registration progresses.)

2.  Click on the ONLINE Registration link==> St. Xenia Camper ONLINE Registration.  You will need to setup a Main Contact (parent or guardian information) and then you can register your child!  Give it a try...  If you are not familiar with computers, get a friend or your child to help!

(Attention:  If you are in the USA, please leave the "Postal Code" field blank and only fill out the "Zip Code" info.)

3. After a parent or guardian fills out a Main Contact form ONLINE, then you can Register each camper for either:

Group 3 - Ages 14 to 16

or  Group 2 - Ages 11 to 13

or  Group 1 - Ages 8 to 10

4.  After you Register your camper, then you MUST print out a Health Form and a Parental Consent Form and mail these in so you can finalize your Registration.  Click here to go to the Camper Forms link==> Camper Forms
